During my stay, I loved that it was just a few steps from Texas Roadhouse where guests get a free appetizer and only 500 meters from a Starbucks, perfect for morning coffee before exploring the city. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice and staff made me feel welcome with their Kentucky friendliness.

The room was very clean and the king bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including hot options. I appreciated the complimentary welcome cookies and personalized water bottle. Overall, a pleasant experience. 😊

Our experience was quite disappointing. The room showed signs of neglect with a blood-stained pillow, which was shocking to discover after a long day. Additionally, the air conditioning was incredibly loud and disruptive, making it hard to sleep. To add to our frustrations, we could hear loud conversations from neighboring rooms in the early hours, disrupting our peace. The shower was malfunctioning and required maintenance, which was poorly handled.

This place was just an ideal choice for a fleeting trip in London with outstanding value for money. The staff could not have been more helpful during our stay, which made a tough time much easier. I recommend asking for a room away from the pool area to avoid noise.
